Eligibility

Is my company eligible for Optimyl Benefits?

If your company has between 2 and 300 employees enrolling on your health plan, most likely. Ask your broker for a quote today or reach out to our sales department directly for a discussion about eligibility.

What states do you cover?

All states except WA.

How long does it take to get approved?

We will need all paperwork submitted at least three business days in advance of your effective date.

Choosing a Plan

How do I choose the right plan?

We suggest working with an experienced healthcare broker that can help you evaluate your specific employee population, benefits goals, and budget in order to select the right plan for you. If you do not have a benefits broker, we can connect you with one of our premier partners, or our sales team can help you navigate plan selection directly.

What doctors are in my network?

We offer a variety of networks. Please reach out to your broker or directly to our sales department for a discussion of available network options in your area. If you are an existing customer, our Provider Search tool can be found here.

What networks does Optimyl offer?

Optimyl offers a range of broad national networks, local high-performance networks, as well as non-network and hybrid options.

Administration

When can I begin coverage?

We offer effective dates on the 1st of any month. We will need all paperwork submitted at least three business days in advance of your effective date.
